Terrance Oliver Melton

Terrance Oliver Melton Born: July 31, 1945 in Detroit Michigan Passed: June 10, 2021 Mesa, Az. Terry and his mother May Jane Melton came to Arizona in 1953 after the passing of his father. They moved to Sunnyslope Az., where he attended grade school and Sunnyslope High school. This is where he met Susan Roberts. He used to say "he was tired of people telling him what to do". So, in 1963 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and proudly served our Country. Upon returning from Vietnam, he married the love of his life, Susan Roberts, on April 2, 1966 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Phoenix, Az. They moved to Yuma, AZ where Terry finished out his tour of duty at the Marine Corps Air Station. After fulfilling his duty, Terry and Susan relocated back to Phoenix. Terry is survived by his wife of 55 years, Susan, and three children and spouses: Shawn/Ashley Melton, Chandler, Az., Kelly/Karen Melton, Mesa, Az. and Jennifer/David Jensvold, Mesa, Az. Seven grandchildren, Jessica Melton, Colorado, Jeff Melton, Colorado, Colton Mascarelli, Mesa, Christopher Mascarelli, San Tan, Faith Melton, Chandler, Addison Melton, Chandler, Tyler Melton Chandler, Great Grandson, Aaydon Sanchez Colorado.
