December 13, 1991 - April 6, 2020
“For no soul can ever be replaced, and death claims a beauty and a magnificence that will always be missed” Our beloved, Shelby Cynthia Beltran, 28, was born on December 13, 1991 in Mesa, Arizona and passed away on April 6, 2020. Shelby is survived by her Mother Priscilla Beltran, Father Robert E. Rios Jr., Brothers Jordan Beltran, Robert E. Rios III, Manual “Ito” Rios, Sister Marcy Misitano and Grandmother Aurelia Beltran. Also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Shelby attended Queen of Peace Catholic School, Kerr Elementary, Kino Jr. High, and Westwood High School. Shelby was a fan of all sports, from a young age of being a very talented softball player to the love of Arizona sports teams. Shelby took pleasure in everything outdoors from camping, hiking, to spending time at the family cabin. She enjoyed all music and was known for her willingness to watch any movie (the scarier the better). Shelby was a beautiful soul with an infectious personality, although sometimes shy, had the ability to make everyone laugh and make anyone her friend. She lit up the room with her beautiful smile and contagious laugh. Jesus said to her “I am the resurrection and the life. the one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die” Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions there will be a private viewing for immediate family only. Shelby’s celebration of life services will be at a later date. If you would like information on the Mass at Queen of Peace Catholic Church and celebration of life when more details are available please email [email protected] ***Our family would like to sincerely thank all who have expressed their condolences. Should you wish to send flowers, we would very much appreciate it if you could hold off until we are able to hold a Celebration of Life at a later date when larger groups can once again assemble.
