Marcela Flores Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Marcela Flores was born to Florencio and Daria Flores on December 9th , 1955, in Phoenix, AZ. She is one of fourteen children and grew up in Gilbert, AZ. She is preceded in death by her father Florencio Flores, her mother Daria Flores, her brothers Ricky Flores, Florencio Flores, Domingo Flores, and her sister Anita Mendoza. She leaves behind her siblings Adolfo Flores, Carlos Flores, Teresa Lopez, Rosa Valles, Martha Martinez, Yolanda Flores, Concepcion Holcomb, Tomasa Baldenegro, Mary Munoz as well as many nieces, nephews, and godchildren. Our Marcie left this life on June 10th surrounded by friends and family. She took in and loved many animals in her lifetime. She loved to garden and always had plants around and in her home. Marcie was very artistic and made beautiful flower arrangements, painted, and had the most beautiful handwriting. Christmas was her favorite holiday and that is when you truly saw her talents. From her perfectly decorated Christmas trees to the giant handmade wreaths on the walls. No one could decorate like Marcie. She put lots of time and love into making her home the place to be on Christmas Eve. A new star was added to the heavens when Marcie began her journey home. Although our world became a little less bright, she will forever brighten our hearts. Her laugh and smile will live on in the memories of those who love her until we see her again.
