Julian Armani Gonzales Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Julian Armani Gonzales, 19, of Mesa went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on June 18th, 2022. He was born on Sept. 3rd, 2002 to Savanna Ascencio and Duke Gonzales in Mesa, AZ. He grew up in Mesa and Globe, AZ, where he received his GED. His presence brought so much joy to his family. Julian “Juju” will be remembered for how handsome and goofy he was. He leaves behind beautiful memories of the affection he showed towards his siblings and cousins, who he grew up with. He truly had a humble and forgiving heart towards everyone. He had aunts and uncles who loved him deeply. He will forever be in our hearts. He is survived by his siblings Anthony, Xavier, Adrian, Savanna, Parents, and Grandparents Darla Ascencio, Peter & Jeanette Ascencio and Thelma Gist. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents Duke Gonzales Sr, Toni Flores, John & Dora Alejo, Delpha Orvig, uncle Joey, cousins Jacob, John Paul, Nathaniel, and Leo. Celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 1st, 2022 at Meldrum Mortuary & Crematory at 52 N. Macdonald, Mesa, AZ 85201. Visitation is from 10am-11am. Service is from 11am to 12:30pm. Burial will be held at Queen of Heaven at 1562 E. Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204 Reception following at Life Community Church at 717 W. Ray Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233 Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you.
